Reward a staff member when they have gone above and beyond their daily job responsibilities to complete a task and or achieve a goal for Northwestern University. Honor that staff member with more than a “thank you” by nominating the employee for a Service Excellence Award. The nomination can be made by a peer or someone other than a manager or supervisor. The Service Excellence Award is to acknowledge the employee by being recognized by the University and honored by a luncheon. The nomination will need to be reviewed by the supervisor to confirm that the award is deserved. A staff member may be recognized numerous times, even in a single year, and many have been.
Quarterly Service Excellence Luncheons 2019
Service Excellence Luncheons are held quarterly throughout the year to recognize award recipients.
The next Service Excellence Luncheon will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2019.
