Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is a purposeful partnership between a Northwestern University leader and an external coach to drive measurable changes in behavior/skills and to achieve results. Coaches often administer assessments, support goal-setting, and lead conversations to drive insight, and through this they accelerate learning, development and change. When leaders participate in coaching, they can better meet current challenges while building on their skills for the future.
