Part-time and flexible schedules
If you work part-time or work full-time with a flex schedule, you must submit your schedule to HR. This ensures that Kronos accurately records time off without over- or under-charging your available leave.

Note: Full-time employees who work a standard five day work week (Mon-Fri) with the same number of hours each day (i.e. 7.5 or 8) do not need to submit this form, regardless of daily start and end times.

Approving time and leaves in Kronos
Reporting exempt staff leave for prior years
Monthly time records for exempt (salaried) employees must be reviewed and approved by the employee and the supervisor in Kronos no later than the 12th of the following month. If the time record has been closed by the Payroll Office, but updates to the record are needed, the employee and supervisor must complete the Exempt Historical Edit Request Form. This completed form must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of the completed Exempt Historical Edit Request Form, the Timekeeping Support team will update the employee’s time record accordingly.
