Your Daily 15 & Your Daily 30
Your Daily are virtual well-being breaks that are intended to help support you and your well-being. The 15 minute sessions are meant to be short and easily incorporated into your day, while the 30 minute sessions are provided for those looking for a longer break. We've partnered with Northwestern Recreation to provide movement breaks and Elizabeth Tuckwell for guided meditation.
- Format descriptions are available via each registration link
- Movement sessions (except for Zumba) are recorded each week and shared with attendees the proceeding week
- For cyber safety reasons, please register with a valid NU email address
Classes will not be held on May 31, June 7 - 11 and July 5
Your Daily is a separate program from the free virtual group exercises classes provided by NU Recreation. We utilize the same fitness instructors, however the two programs are sponsored by separate departments.

Creating Community is part of the Your Daily program and facilitated by University Wellness Champions. The intent of this program is to provide a space and opportunity for faculty and staff to come together to get to know one another, knowledge share, learn new skills and/or insights about oneself. These are great sessions to do as a team or office. Household family members and children welcome!
This program is on hiatus for Spring and Summer 2021 quarters.
