During this time of physical distancing, the Office of Well-being is providing virtual well-being programs and resources to help support you.

Programs

Your Daily 15

Your Daily 15 are 15 minute virtual well-being breaks. We've partnered with Northwestern Recreation to provide movement breaks, Elizabeth Tuckwell to provide guided meditation and with our University Wellness Champions for a weekly adult coloring break through August 28. Format descriptions are available via the registration links.

Please note: For cyber safety reasons, please register with a valid NU email address. Other email addresses will be unable to access the virtual rooms.

 Your Weekly 30

In addition to the Your Daily 15 movement breaks provided by Northwestern Recreation, we've also partnered to provide Your Weekly 30 through August 26. These 30 minute movement breaks are provided once a week. Formats vary each week. Please register with a valid NU email address.

Meditation

Join Elizabeth Tuckwell each Tuesday for a 25 minute guided meditation practice. The benefits of meditation include reducing stress, improving concentration and increasing happiness.
