Physical Well-being
Physical well-being relates to vigor and vitality, feeling healthy and full of energy. If your level of well-being is high, you'll likely feel that your life is going well. You're likely satisfied, interested and engaged with your life. Besides increasing your sense of well-being, engaging in physical wellness activities can help lower your risk of chronic disease, disability and depression.
The below resources can help you achieve and sustain your physical well-being goals. They can also provide important information to help you use and get more out of your Northwestern-sponsored health care services and benefits. These resources are available for Northwestern faculty, staff and eligible family members.
