Benefits & Well-being Fair
The 2021 Virtual Benefits and Well-being Fair will be held on the week of Monday, October 18, 2021. The fair will be a week long event with each day covering different aspects of benefits and well-being: Health & Physical Well-being, Retirement & Financial Well-being, Social & Emotional Well-being, as well as Open Enrollment information and WELL resources sessions.

Health & Physical well-being consists of recognizing the need for physical activity, healthy foods, and sleep, as well as preventing illness and injury or managing chronic health conditions.
Sessions on this day will include resources that can help you achieve and sustain your health and physical well-being goals. They can also provide important information to help you use and get more out of your Northwestern-sponsored health care services and benefits. Note: Eligibility for some resources may be limited or dependent upon your health coverage.
