Join YourLife Wellness Champions for a weekly 30-minute walk this fall. The groups will meet each Tuesday, October 9 through November 27. This no-commitment, no-judgement group is open to all faculty and staff.
Join YourLife for meditative practices on Tuesdays with Elizabeth Tuckwell in Chicago and on Fridays with Eric Budzynski in Evanston. The benefits of meditation include reducing stress, improving concentration and increasing happiness. No previous experience is necessary. All are welcome.
