FY23 Performance Excellence Enhancements
To address community feedback, HR professionals from across the University explored enhancements to the FY23 Performance Excellence (PEX) cycle and user experience. Their recommendations resulted in the following enhancements:
- New career development resources for staff and managers
- An Individual Development Plan (IDP) Guide to support career and professional development planning
- Two career conversation guides for staff and managers to support year-round conversations
- In collaboration with the Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion, updated language to the Diversity value in the review form
Additionally, HR is exploring ways to enhance the user experience in myHR Learn and on the Performance Excellence webpage.
