Northwestern Exit Survey
To enhance the effectiveness of the off-boarding process, former employees will be asked to complete a confidential exit survey via an email invite from Northwestern’s employee experience vendor Culture Amp. The EAP SupportLinc is available to faculty, staff, and household members and provides 24/7/365 free and confidential access to a variety of mental health and well-being services and resources, including short-term counseling.
