COVID Vaccine Information
In response to inquiries concerning COVID vaccine availability and scheduling, the Health Service is collaborating with Northwestern Medicine and public health agencies. At present, the Health Service does not have access to COVID vaccine for students. The Health Service is actively monitoring the availability of vaccine, please follow the current vaccine related updates on Northwestern's COVID-19 Vaccine Updates page.
COVID-19 Vaccination
Students who have received the COVID-19 vaccine should upload the vaccine documentation to their health record through the Personal Health Portal. Use the "Immunization Upload" link on the Portal to submit a copy of the vaccination card/record.
