Immunizations are by appointment only, Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except holidays)

The Health Service offers a wide range of vaccinations. For a complete listing of the specific vaccinations that are available, in addition to their cost, please refer to the “immunizations or drugs” link under Travel Health Services.
- A nurse appointment must be scheduled to receive a vaccination
- Testing for Tuberculosis (TB) is available and requires an appointment with a nurse.
- Blood tests, or titers, are also available to prove immunity to Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. An appointment with a nurse is required to complete a titer.
Below is a list of vaccines available from the Health Service - Evanston Campus with the associated price per dose. Any vaccine will require an order from a NUHS healthcare provider. Refer to your personal health insurance coverage to determine if you are eligible for any reimbursement of the costs. All prices subject to change without notice.
