Kiley provides guidance, education, and coaching to chapters and governing councils. She is currently a student in Northwestern University’s Higher Education Administration and Policy Master of Science Program. In May 2022, Kiley earned a Bachelor of Science in Youth Advocacy and Educational Studies and minors in Child Development and Mathematics from Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas. During her undergraduate career, Kiley concurrently worked and interned at TCU’s Dean of Student’s Office, Admissions Office, and University Recreation Center. She also tutored students in Calculus-based math classes, spent three summers facilitating TCU’s incoming student extended-orientation program, “Frog Camp,” and is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. Kiley completed an honors thesis researching the relationships between juvenile justice-involved youth’s adverse childhood experiences, personal strengths and challenges, and illicit drug usage. Kiley’s experiences and areas of interest are embedded in social justice & equity, assessment, student conduct & holistic wellness, and leadership development. She attributes her passion for higher education to the support she experienced throughout her undergraduate career and her desire to improve universities’ student crisis response. In her personal time, Kiley enjoys playing fetch with her goldendoodle, trying new restaurants, and exploring surrounding neighborhoods.
