Katharine (Kay) Chubbuck currently works as an Assessment Specialist for the Educational Testing Service, redesigning the AP Art History course and exam. She has also worked as the art director and curatorial assistant at Thayer Americana in Vermont, and as a lecturer at Princeton University. After traveling to Nepal, Thailand, Morocco, Malaysia, and Indonesia during her time at Oxford, she took an internship with Newsweek, where she continued as a freelance journalist. Chubbuck taught English literature at the U.S. Naval Academy, a specialist in 19th-century British travel writing.
