What is One Form?
The SES One Form is an application portal that allows students to apply for multiple funding opportunities through one standard application. This ensures campus resources and opportunities are transparent and simple to access. Students share their financial narrative in one application, only one time.
How does it work?
The SES One Form is made possible through partnerships with students, staff, faculty, financial aid, and the registrar. After students submit demographic and financial information through the “Basic Profile,” they can then apply for a variety of funding opportunities. Once students submit their applications, basic information from the registrar and financial aid are automatically imported into the SES One Form platform. This information includes, but is not limited to, student ID#, email, class year, and financial need index score. This information helps ensure One Form partners have accurate and up-to-date information in order to make fair and equitable funding decisions.
