Patient Advocate in NUHS
Elizabeth can be helpful in understanding medical bills and finding resources to cover the costs of medical care in some cases. Elizabeth is also skilled in getting students connected to needed medical services.

Center for Awareness Response and Education (CARE)
Support, safety planning, and connection to resources for survivors of sexual violence and for the promotion of healthy sexuality.
Multicultural Student Affairs (MSA)
Enriches the cultural experience of Northwestern through leadership and education programming; providing opportunities for community engagement and identity expression; and assisting students in navigating the University.
Health Promotion and Wellness (HPaW)
Primary provider of health promotion, education, and prevention programs and services on alcohol, other drug, and wellness issues.
Advancing women, gender equity and inclusion. A valuable resource for women, trans, and gender non binary staff, faculty, and students.
Assistance is available to those who experience temporary financial hardship that is directly related to changes made by the university because of COVID-19. In some circumstances they can help with travel expenses caused by the change in calendar and technology needs related to remote learning. NU’s on-campus food pantry. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, The Purple Pantry currently operates by appointment only. Students should email Teresa Corcoran directly for more information.

Health Services Pharmacy (Evanston)
Northwestern University students, visiting scholars, and Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary students may use the pharmacy, regardless of if they were seen at Evanston Health Service. All are required to present a valid student identification card (i.e. NU WildCARD).
