Stress Break


Stress Break is designed to help students who may be experiencing some of the following symptoms of stress:

  • Procrastination
  • Feelings of anxiety, including test anxiety
  • Distress arising in connection to personal or academic stressors

By attending Stress Break, workshop participants will:

  • Identify physical and emotional symptoms associated with stress
  • Uncover the types of situations that create stress
  • Learn skills and techniques to aid in more effective stress management

Location: CAPS Office, Abbott Hall, 5th Floor, 710 N. Lakeshore Drive
