Testing
Testing is available onsite for Northwestern students, faculty and staff who display symptoms of COVID-19 or who are identified through Northwestern contact tracing efforts. A list of area testing locations is also provided.
As units and individuals prepare to return to campus, they can use tools provided by the Return to Campus and Safety Working Group.
Schools and units returning to campus should download, read and complete the items in the Toolkit. Some documents, such as the Return to Campus Summary and Checklist must be completed and submitted to the COVID-19 Workgroup by your school/VP COVID-19 Accountable Leader before departments can return.
The University will provide materials to support the phased return to campus.
Procurement and Payment Services is purchasing general personal protective equipment (PPE), such as reusable masks and sanitizer, for employees on campus. Facilities is providing signs for common building spaces, such as entrance and exit locations, elevator and stairwell usage, and restroom guidelines.

After returning to campus, members of the Northwestern community must track their symptoms and report a diagnosis or isolation due to COVID-19.
