Advisory Committee
The Racial Equity Community Partnership Grant Program was developed by an advisory committee comprised of Northwestern University faculty and staff representing both administrative and academic units, and community leaders in Evanston and Chicago. The advisory committee’s charge is to:
- Develop the application guidelines and criteria for selection
- Determine funding priorities
- Develop mechanisms to facilitate NU and community connections
- Review and score grant applications
- Determine which proposals should be recommended to the Community Relations Executive Working Group for funding
- Prepare a report on the use of grant monies and progress in meeting program objectives
