How do I reserve tickets?

Students will be notified in the Spring with information on how to reserve tickets.

Do graduates need tickets for the Commencement ceremony?

No. Guests need tickets, Graduates do not need tickets for themselves for Commencement ceremony. Each graduate is allotted a maximum of ten (10) guests tickets to be distributed to family and friends to attend the Commencement.

Do I have to print tickets for my guests?

Yes. We ask all guests to arrive to the Commencement ceremony with a printed ticket for entry.

Do I get to choose my seats?

Guests will be assigned a gate and section number, grouped by school, with open seating within each section.

Can I request accessible seating for guests who use a wheelchair or have other mobility access needs?

How can I makes changes to my ticket reservations after I have received my confirmation?

Once your ticket reservations have been confirmed please contact the Commencement office to make changes to your request: or call (847) 491-3600. Graduates will not be able to access the Commencement ticket reservations site to make multiple requests or changes to ticket reservations.
