Confirm Your Enrollment

Although you're already part of the Wildcat family, in order to formally enroll as Northwestern student you'll need to follow the steps below. Please note that dates might differ based on the round to which you applied, so be sure to check the appropriate tab below.

Immediately

  • Activate NetID and set up Northwestern email account.

March/April

  • Visit admit.northwestern.edu for special content, events, ways to connect, and a list of next steps.
  • If applicable, view financial aid award in your Applicant Status Portal.

Before May 1

  • Say "Yes!" via our online enrollment reply form and submit applicable nonrefundable deposits for tuition ($400) and housing ($200).

Within 3 weeks of preliminary transfer credit evaluation

  • Activate NetID and set up Northwestern email account.
  • Visit admit.northwestern.edu for special content, events, ways to connect, and a list of next steps.
  • If applicable, view financial aid award in your Applicant Status Portal.
  • Say "Yes!" via our online enrollment reply form and submit applicable nonrefundable deposits for tuition ($400) and housing ($200).
  • Submit disciplinary disclosure form.

Within 1 week of receiving offer of admission

  • Activate NetID and set up Northwestern email account.
  • Visit admit.northwestern.edu for special content, events, ways to connect, and a list of next steps.
  • Say "Yes!" via our online enrollment reply form and submit applicable nonrefundable deposits for tuition ($400) and housing ($200).
  • Submit disciplinary disclosure form.

Before February 1

  • Explore this site for special content, events and ways to connect.
  • If applicable, review financial aid award in your Applicant Status Portal.
  • Activate NetID and set up Northwestern email account.

February 1

  • Submit nonrefundable deposits for tuition ($400) and housing ($200) if applicable. If your deposits have been waived, your enrollment will be automatically confirmed prior to this date. Instructions for submitting deposits can be found in your Applicant Status Portal.
