Ivy Plus Learning Services Roundtable 2019

This year's Ivy Plus Learning Services Roundtable meeting will take place on the Evanston campus of Northwestern University on Monday, November 4th and Tuesday, November 5th, 2019.

We’re looking forward to two days of engaging discussion and activities, and catching up with old friends (and meeting new ones)!

The Roundtable will run from approximately 2 pm Monday to 2 pm Tuesday, with additional activities beginning at noon Monday for those who arrive early.  A draft agenda is available.

To ensure that we are able to have engaged conversations with the full group, we are capping the meeting at 25, and asking that each institution send no more than 2 people.

Please register by October 7.  It’s possible that slots will fill, so be sure to register as early as you can. 

We have arranged a special rate for conference participants at two local hotels for the nights of November 3 and 4:

• The Hilton Garden Inn Chicago North Shore/Evanston. This hotel is approximately a 15-minute walk from the conference location; a free shuttle is also available.  Rooms are available for $139 plus tax. Reservations must be made before 10/14/2019.
