Northwestern may grant students permission to apply to an unaffiliated program provided they have specialized academic needs that cannot be met by one of our many Northwestern and affiliated programs. No financial assistance through Northwestern is available for students who participate in unaffiliated programs. Learn more about unaffiliated programs during the academic year or summer.
