Physical Well-Being

Physical well-being relates to vigor and vitality, feeling healthy and full of energy. People with higher levels of well-being judge their life as going well. They are satisfied, interested and engaged with their lives. By engaging in physical wellness activities, you can help lower your risk of chronic disease, disability, and depression. (http://www.healthypeople.gov)
