to broaden their network by meeting other women new to the university, meeting
veteran staff women, and learning what the Women's Center and our cosponsor,
the Association of Northwestern
University Women (ANUW), offer. NU

For Graduate Students and Junior Faculty Women
A panel of NU tenured faculty women will discuss tips on how to get through
graduate school and how to launch a successful academic career. They will also
share their wisdom regarding what it takes to survive faculty life.

Students from College Feminists and the American Medical Women's Association
will sponsor Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues.

Our Daughters to Work Day: Thursday, April 22rd
This marks the
16th year of participation in Take Our Daughters to Work
Day for Northwestern University.
The Ms. Foundation’s theme this year is, “Revolutionizing
the Workplace,” which seeks to emphasize the freedom
to be yourself at work, to examine roles in the workplace
and to validate diversity in fostering a better work environment.
