Meridian Touch L.L.C. offers two very unique and distinct types of yoga classes; Meridian Touch Effortless Yoga and Meridian Touch Sports Yoga. Both are based on very simple, natural, easy and relaxing movements and are within the reach of nearly every person. The Sports Yoga version deals more with the needs of athletes and avid exercisers of all kinds and is the yoga system currently being used by NU's Soccer, Football, Crew and Fencing teams.
