Ryan Field Shuttle

This shuttle connects the Central Street Metra station, Ryan Field parking lot, and Research Park to the main Evanston campus.

  • Greenbay/Noyes*
  • Greenbay/Simpson*
  • Asbury/Emerson* 
  • Emerson/Maple (eastbound)
  • Clark/Burger King
  • The Arch
  • Jacobs Center
  • Tech Institute
  • Patten Gym
  • Central L (westbound)
  • Central/Jackson
  • Ryan Field

*Flag stops are not regularly scheduled stops on the Ryan Field route. Riders must wave the shuttle driver down to board the bus at these stops. Additionally, riders will need to alert the driver if they would like to exit the bus at a flag stop.

Cost:

Free to anyone with a valid WildCARD.

Run Times:

The shuttle runs from 6:50 a.m. to 8 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, during the Academic Year. The shuttle runs September 14, 2009 to June 11, 2010; it does not run on University holidays: November 26-27, 2009; December 24-25, 2009; December 31, 2009; January 1, 2010; May 31, 2010.

Parking Alternative:

An annual parking permit for the Ryan Field parking lot is only $25 and can be purchased at the Evanston Parking Office (at 1819 Hinman Ave.) or the Chicago Parking Office (710 N. Lake Shore Drive, Abbott Hall, Room 100).
