Employee Parking
Validation Rate: Up to 12 hours of parking for $10.25
Restrictions: The discount will only be honored at the 275 E. Chestnut and Erie-Ontario Garages. The discounted parking does not guarantee a parking space.
How to Obtain the Validation:
- Park in one of the two eligible garages and obtain a parking ticket.
- Present your the parking ticket and WildCARD to the University Services Chicago Office (Abbott Hall, Room 100) for validation.
- Present the validation and parking ticket with payment to the cashier at the parking garage.
Evening and Weekend Parking
Validation Rate: $7.50 per evening
Restrictions:
- Only available on weekdays between 4 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (the same night) or weekends between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- The discount will only be honored at the Huron St. Clair or the Erie-Ontario Garages.
How to Obtain the Validation:
- Park in one of the two eligible garages and obtain a parking ticket.
- Self-validate your the parking ticket in one of the Wieboldt Hall validation machines, located on the 1st floor Kellogg mailbox room, the 1st floor vestibule off Chicago Avenue, and the 6th floor library.
- Present the validation and parking ticket with payment to the cashier at the parking garage.
Special Events
Validation Rate: Varies
Restrictions: Only available for departmental events taking place on a weekday evening (after 4 p.m.) or a weekend.
How to Obtain the Validation: The University Services Chicago Office may be able to assist with discounted parking. Contact the office at (312) 503-1103.
NU Patients, Visitors and Guests
Discounted parking validation is available to University departments for distribution to their guests, visitors, research subjects and volunteers.
Validation Rate: Varies
Restrictions:
- The discounted parking does not guarantee a parking space.
- Only University departments using a valid NU Financials number are eligible to purchase the discounted parking validations.
