Make a Reservation

To Reserve a Bus:

  • Contact University Services at (312) 503-8129 with your request or complete the online Vehicle Reservation Form
  • Once the request has been validated and approved, University Services will schedule the driver and vehicle

  • Special use of the McGaw buses
  • Evanston departments requiring service for special events, routine or ongoing requirements; or for short or long distance trip assistance
