Program Services

Departments and schools can enroll in the following levels of maintenance through Genesis Technologies:

Toner Only – Includes no maintenance
Silver Program – Includes two preventative maintenance cleanings a year.
Gold Program – Includes two preventative maintenance cleanings and all service/repair labor charges per year.
Platinum Program – Includes two preventative maintenance cleanings and all service/repair labor charges and parts per year.

Additionally, all enrolled departments or schools receive the following benefits:

Fast service – Genesis Technologies guarantees a 4 to 8 hour on-site response.
Free and fast delivery – Most supplies are delivered within 24 hours.
No purchase order necessary – Charges are automatically billed to your account.
Empty cartridge removal – Empty cartridges are collected for free when a delivery is made.
