Maintenance Procedures

When a piece of equipment requires repair or to schedule covered preventative maintenance:

  1. Call the Equipment Maintenance Program Teleserve™ Dispatch Center
    Call 800-833-7050. Dispatch engineers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

    Provide the following information when you call:
    • zip code for equipment information
    • tag number of equipment
    • contact name and phone number
    • description of problem
    • service vendor information, if needed
     
  2. Teleserve™ will dispatch your service vendor to repair the equipment
    The Equipment Maintenance Program will also automatically generate a purchase order.
     
  3. Equipment is repaired
    Specialty Underwriters pays the invoice on your behalf and provides quarterly management reports.
