User Support and Training

We provide assistance with a variety of online applications and tools. Please see links to the support sites and emails for GMC supported applications.

Web Content Management System

Site editors and developers can access help documentation, FAQs on Cascade help site and can join WCMS user community to get updates.  Editors can also schedule a Cascade training session by completing the Training Request Form. Email webcomm-support@northwestern.edu for help with websites edits or have any other questions related to Cascade.

NuSites (Branded Template only)

PlanIt Purple

We offer FAQs and best practices for using the University's online calendar system. Please email planitpurple@northwestern.edu for support.
