Northwestern Identity System
Northwestern University has completed a thorough self-study to better define who we are and what sets us apart from other institutions. The results of that study — a new identity program that projects the personality and strengths of the University — are outlined in these pages. This identity program consists of two parts: visual and written. Guidelines concerning the visual identity are spelled out in detail in the following pages, along with statements that constitute the written component of the identity program.
