Building on a distinguished tradition of philanthropy to Northwestern University Library across seven generations of the Deering family, Nancy H. McCormick has directed a $5 million gift to the Library through the Miami Corporation, the Deering family's investment company. The gift will enhance the endowment of the Charles Deering McCormick Library of Special Collections. [more]
