Listserv

Faculty, students, and staff of CAI member institutions are invited to subscribe to the CAI listserv, a discussion group with over 100 subscribers. To subscribe, send an e-mail message to LISTSERV@umdd.umd.edu with one line of text that reads SUBSCRIBE NCAI-L, followed by your user name. In order to initiate discussion on the list, send mail to NCAI-L@umdd.umd.edu. In case of problems, contact John Zacker (jzacker@oz.umd.edu).

Discussions with judicial professionals suggested the idea of creating an electronic mailing list specifically for students who are involved in student conduct (both academic honesty issues and social misconduct) at colleges and universities. This list provides an opportunity for student judicial board members, honor board members, RA's, or others to get to know each other, learn about student disciplinary procedures at other campuses, and share ideas.
A new list has been created for this purpose. The list is called jboard@ucdavis.edu. Students may subscribe themselves and are responsible for removing themselves from the list. To subscribe, students may send a message to listproc@ucdavis.edu, leaving the subject line blank and entering in the body of the message the following command:
subscribe jboard firstname lastname
Please inform students who might benefit from this mailing list. Any questions about the list may be directed to Donald Dudley, djdudley@ucdavis.edu.
