The Office of Sustainability, a department within Northwestern University's Facilities Management, was established in November 2011 to minimize the ecological footprint of our university. We work with administrators, campus groups, and the Evanston community to:

Support sustainable practices in everyday university operations
Engage students, faculty, and staff in making eco-friendly choices
Help make Northwestern University a leader in campus sustainability
