Required Program Evaluation
You are required to fill out a Program Evaluation form upon return in order to receive credit for study abroad coursework: your official transcript will not be forwarded to the Registrar until we receive this document!
Complete the appropriate evaluation for the program in which you participated:
Affiliated, Unaffiliated, and Non-NU Summer Programs
Download the program evaluation and email the completed form to the Study Abroad Office.
This evaluation should not be used for programs run by IPD, BCICS, or GESI.
Northwestern Programs Administered by International Program Development (IPD)
If you participated in one of the programs below, follow the links to complete the online evaluation for the following programs:

- Environment & Development in China (under revision)

This evaluation should be submitted to IPD.
Northwestern Exchange Programs
If you participated in a Northwestern Exchange Program, download the Exchange Program Evaluation and email the completed form to IPD:
- Ecole Polytechnique Exchange
- ETH-Zurich Exchange
- French Field Studies
Note: French Field Studies students must submit two program evaluations:
1) the general evaluation (above) for the IFE portion of the program, submitted to the Study Abroad Office, and
