Program Evaluations
You are required to fill out a Program Evaluation form upon return. We will not forward your official transcript to the Registrar until we receive this document! Download a program evaluation form for the program in which you participated, and email the completed evaluation to the appropriate office.
Make sure you complete the correct evaluation!
Northwestern Programs Administered by International Program Development (IPD)
This evaluation is used for the following programs:
- Contemporary Brazil
- Democracy and Development in South Africa
- Environment and Development in China
- European Union Studies
- Global Healthcare Technologies in South Africa
- Public Heath in Europe: Policies and Institutions
- Public Health in South Africa
- Public Health in Uganda
This evaluation should be submitted to IPD.
Northwestern Exchange Programs
This evaluation is used for the following programs:
- Ecole Polytechnique Exchange
- ETH-Zurich Exchange
- French Field Studies
- Hong Kong University of Science & Technology
- Pontifcia Universidad Católica de Chile
- Sciences-Po Exchange
- Universite Louis Pasteur
This evaluation should be submitted to IPD.
Northwestern Summer Programs
This evaluation should be submitted to your program office (BCICS, IPD, or the Study Abroad Office).
Exception: GESI summer programs in Argentina, India, & Uganda should fill out the online evaluation.
All Other Programs, including Non-Northwestern Summer Programs
This evaluation should be emailed to the Study Abroad Office (studyabroad@northwestern.edu).
