Whether it's the Australian Ballet, Opera Australia, an Aussie Rules Football Match, or the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, there is plenty going on at all times of year. Melbourne is also known for its unique neighborhoods from the inner-city areas like Carlton with Lygon Street where Melbourne's café culture was born, to St Kilda Beach, with its secondhand shops and funky cafes.
