Sponsor: The College of Global Studies, Arcadia University

Location: Wellington, New Zealand

Description:

The Victoria University of Wellington, or "The Vic," offers students an opportunity to study a wide variety of subjects in New Zealand's artistic, cultural and political capital of Wellington. Most students will take courses at the Kelburn campus, a picturesque campus perched on a hillside overlooking downtown Wellington, or either of Vic’s convenient downtown campuses. The Vic excels in the areas of film/theatre, political science, women's studies, creative writing and the earth sciences.

Take advantage of the Vic's International Leadership Program, a non-credit, extracurricular opportunity to engage in seminars and activities that focus on international issues, current events and culture.

Limited-entry courses: Some Vic courses, such as Film Production, Theatre and Writing, are defined as Limited Entry and are competitive and require supplemental application materials (e.g. reel or writing sample) that must be submitted by December in the year prior to enrollment. Review the Arcadia Course page for detailed information on applying for limited entry courses.
