Students will take private lessons, participate in ensembles, and enroll in a wide range of academic studies modules at the Royal Academy of Music (RAM), which is among the world's premiere music conservatories. The Academy focuses on musical performance and allows students to focus primarily on their performance skills through the mentoring of some of the world's top music faculty and professional performers.

To apply, Northwestern students must

  1. Complete a Northwestern Study Abroad Application by the appropriate deadline
  2. Complete a Royal Academy of Music application by the program's deadline
  3. Participate in an audition in New York City or London, or provide a 20-minute video recording authenticated by Northwestern faculty
