- Parent-Student Agreement for Study Abroad During 2012-2013
This agreement is required for all students studying abroad during Fall, Winter, and/or Spring Quarters 2012-2013 as well as Summer 2012 on a Non-NU Summer program. If you plan on faxing, mailing, or scanning/emailing this form, please note that you must fill out the information on both pages, sign and date the second page, and send BOTH pages. Incomplete agreements will not be accepted.

For students with cumulative GPA below 3.0
Program Applications
Most program application are available through sponsoring organizations' websites.
- DIS Applicants: Prerequisite Form
For students applying to the Danish Institute for Study Abroad, a complete Prerequisite Form must be submitted with your NU Application for Permission to Study Abroad.
- IPD Program Application
For students applying to programs administered by the Office of International Program Development, a signed copy of the IPD application must be submitted with your NU Application for Permission to Study Abroad.
