We have a number of different options to contact SAIT for support, consultation, and guidance:

Computer Support

The User Support Team provides support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, software applications, and network resource permissions. There are 3 methods to submit a request:

  1. Submit your request for support using the Computer Support Form.

    NOTE:The Computer Support Form is available only to computers on the Northwestern network. If you are using a computer that is off-campus, connect through NU VPN before attempting to access the form.

  2. Submit your request for support by calling 7-SAIT (847-467-7248).
  3. Email sa-help@nortwestern.edu

Website Development and Content Management

The Web Team provides web support ranging, including assistance with content updates, web writing skills, training and addition of dynamic and media-rich features to your site. In order to ensure we are able to meet your needs, submit your request sa-help@northwestern.edu.

Application Development

SAIT provides limited custom application development depending on the complexity of the requested solution and staff commitments. Contact us with your request by emailing sa-help@northwestern.edu.

Training

SAIT provides a number of training options from one-on-one, small/large groups to departments based on the training request and requirements.  If you have an Information Technology or Information Systems training request or need further information about SAIT Training contact Nina Modi, Systems Manager SAIT or email sa-help@northwestern.edu.
