Our Student Affairs Housekeepers are invited to breakfast in Foster Walker Dining Hall. After breakfast, we will discuss customer service and the new cleaning standards.

This session will provide an overview of current leadership trends, including a brief review of theoretical models and impact practices for student and staff development. Participants will spend significant time mapping session content onto professional experiences at Northwestern to identify areas of strength and improvement

Reimaging Inclusion: Connecting Our Community through Collaboration and Innovation
Presenter: Dr. Shirley M. Collado, Dean of Middlebury College
Join Shirley Collado, Dean of Middlebury College, as she speaks about how to build skills so that diversity and inclusion are imbedded in everything we do. With the right skills, innovation, and teamwork, we can become a more inclusive university.
Dr. Collado is co-founder and co-chair of the Liberal Arts Diversity Officers (LADO), a national consortium that promotes the advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion in support of academic excellence at liberal arts colleges, and the former executive vice president of The Posse Foundation.
