Staff Development
The DOSA Staff Development Committee was formed to plan and manage ongoing professional development and to facilitate a culture of collegiality and support within the Division of Student Affairs. The main task areas of the Staff Development Committee include executing year-round educational and brown bag sessions in addition to organizing Division-wide social events. Educational and brown bag session topics are chosen based on project proposals submitted to the committee, and are then marketed to the Division and hosted at Norris University Center. Division-wide events hosted by Staff Development include the DOSA Fall Welcome, Staff Recognition Ceremony, VP of Student Affairs Quarterly Updates, and the annual Holiday Party.
