Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to register?

We strongly encourage pre-registration, as it secures your spot at the conference and allows us to better prepare to accomodate everyone. If any openings remain after registration, we will accept walk-up registrations on the days of the conference. However, spots may be limited.

Online Registration

Is there a charge for registration?

The conference is being fully funded by Student Affairs so attendance is at no charge, even for attendees outside of Student Affairs.

What if I am from a different unit within the University?

Everyone within the Northwestern community is invited to attend at no charge.

What if I can only attend one day of the conference?

We encourage everyone to attend sessions on both days; the morning of the second day has been cut out of the schedule to allow you to take care of other obligations. However, you are welcome to attend whatever programs you can.

How can I submit a program proposal for the conference?

You may submit program proposals online: Online Program Proposal Submission.

Proposals are due by May 15. If you have questions about your proposal, email Jeremy Hopkins.
