Senior Administrator Meeting

Over 70 senior administrators from across the schools and central administration gathered on October 15 to discuss the latest draft outline of the university strategic plan. After Provost Linzer provided an overview of the process to date, and a quick summary of key ideas, the members began table discussions. Divided into eight groups, participants discussed a set of common questions, as well as specific questions focused on recommendation areas.
Following discussions, table facilitators presented key points to the entire group. Feedback, ranging from structure, content, to word choice, was received and considered as the planning document evolves.
