Musculoskeletal Ultrasound

Sports medicine offers point-of-care musculoskeletal ultrasounds for evaluation and injections. Together, you and your sports medicine provider will decide if this is appropriate imaging for your condition. Cases in need of advanced ultrasound imaging will be referred to area hospitals for consultations. Discuss any costs and your financial responsibility with your provider and/or the insurance office.

Advanced Imaging: MRI, CT, Ultrasound

Many musculoskeletal and sports injuries require advanced imaging. Referrals for other imaging, such as MRI, CT, or ultrasound will be written by your physician as necessary. This imaging can be obtained at Evanston- or Chicago-area locations. A sports medicine provider will assist you in setting up your appointment.  As always, ensure you understand your financial responsibility when obtaining imaging.  Questions can be directed to the insurance office.
