Troubleshooting - No QuikPAY Menu

Troubleshooting help for:

No QuikPAY® Menu (Locked Payment Profile)

1) When no left menu is displayed in QuikPAY®, click Read Messages:
      
  
2) From the restored left menu, select Payment Profiles:
      
  
3) Edit or Delete the locked payment profile. Editing (e.g., new credit card expiration date) requires re-entering the entire card number.
