Trouble logging in to QuikPAY®? Following the below steps clears away the most common obstacles to a successful login.
A) URL: Correct posting of customer payments is driven by two login locations ...
To view a tuition & fees invoice, or
To make a tuition & fees invoice payment ... log in here:
https://quikpayasp.com/northwestern/tuition/authorized.do
To make a 9PAY installment plan payment ... log in here:
https://quikpayasp.com/northwestern/9pay/authorized.do
B) Login Name is case sensitive. If you are not sure of your Login Name, you may press "Forgot Login Name" where you will be prompted for your email address and QuikPAY® will send your Login Name via email. Or, Student Accounts can help you to verify the correct spelling of your assigned Login Name including capitalization or numbers.
C) Password: Even though you know your password you may choose to reset it for a fresh start. At the QuikPAY® login page, clicking "Forgot Password" and entering your correct Login Name will cause QuikPAY® to email you a temporary password (like WC5cAPT3Fd ). Copy and paste the entire character string — not including the trailing space character — from the QuikPAY® email into the password field. Upon successful login QuikPAY® will immediately prompt you to change the temporary password to a new one that you create. (After a password reset, "Old Password" means the temporary password you just received via email.)
