General Recruitment Procedures

  1. Potential applicants are recommended by professors, fellow graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, or identify themselves in response to advertisements.
  2. Potential applicants are invited to apply by completing the initial application.
  3. A portion of the applicants are selected to interviews based on various factors.
  4. An interview committee (the faculty member teaching the specific course and SERTS staff) meets with the interviewees and makes the final decision.
