General Recruitment Procedures
- Potential applicants are recommended by professors, fellow graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, or identify themselves in response to advertisements.
- Potential applicants are invited to apply by completing the initial application.
- A portion of the applicants are selected to interviews based on various factors.
- An interview committee (the faculty member teaching the specific course and SERTS staff) meets with the interviewees and makes the final decision.
